What is PostUK Concierge?
Our premium forwarding service for high-value buys. Before we forward, we photograph and condition-check your item, confirm it matches your order, repack it with premium protection, insure it to your declared value and send it signature-required. Built for sneakers, designer fashion, watches and anything where condition and authenticity matter.
How much does it cost?
The Authentication & white-glove add-on is £14.99 per parcel at checkout. Optional insurance is priced from 2.5% of declared value. Concierge members get white-glove included on every parcel plus priority dispatch for £24.00/month.
Can you check an item is genuine before forwarding it?
Yes. We photograph and condition-check it so you see exactly what arrived before it's forwarded, and we flag anything that looks wrong — so you're never forwarding blind on a high-value purchase.
Do you forward worldwide?
Yes — Ireland, Europe and worldwide, your choice of courier, full price shown before you pay. High-value parcels ship signature-required and can be fully insured.
